GroomEra have rights to suspend any account if we found them suspicious or in any illegal threats without any prior notice and you have to contact the support team to reactivate the account after the final check of your account.
4. Registration
Before registering with us kindly ensure that you must be 18 year and above to use our website and the services offered by the organization
If anyone below 18 using our website then it must be known to their parents or on their own risk, the organization will not be responsible for any kind of activity.
At the time of registration you can read our T&Cs and after clicking to accept you will be able to use our wonderful services.
The details you should provide during registration should be correct and if it’s found incorrect then in any grievance cases you should be responsible for providing wrong detail.
By registering with us you agree for the telephonic services with us and also with our customer(s) and the call would be recorded for our safety and security measures. If you don't agree with these recording then you may prefer our email facility for your support.
5. General Terms and conditions
Every partner associated with GroomEra shall agree that they use good qualityand genuine product either at home or at their salon. No any compromise with quality of service and product should be entertained in expectation to acquire the customer by reducing the cost. Otherwise, GroomEra may charge an amount of upto 50,000/- as fine from their vendor(s) if found bad quality of product usage on their services.
The vendor should ensure that they would provide only one order service at a time means they can’t do other services which didn’t listed during the customer order placement. Otherwise, the company would impose a fine of 10000/- on vendor(s) / professional(s).
The professional(s) / vendor(s) cannot take any additional amount from the customer other than the bill amount mention during the order placement. However, Any Add-on at the time of order should be added and must be informed to the company. Otherwise the company would charge a fine of 10000/- on vendor(s) / professional(s) if found any such illegal activity by them.
Content ownership: - we are exclusive owner of our services and our content; we have exclusive copyright of all content published on this website/Application. If anyone have dispute regarding he copyright then you may contact us, e-mail us on our registered address or e-mail id.
We grant you permission to access our website/Application and allow you to book our services and get wonderful experience of grooming.
6. LEGAL ACTIONS
If any salon provider or professional found involving in any kind of wrong activity (e.g. physical relation with customer, misbehave or any other illegal activities) then he/she will be responsible of their own activity and in such type of activities the company will take legal action against them.
Any grievances/Disputes would be sort out in District Civil court Kachehari Rd, Hamrautia, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221002 until the court orders the transfer the case.
7. NO GAURANTEE
GroomEra does not promise any salon provider that any minimum order will be provided by company to them (i.e. no minimum order). However, if you get more orders, the company will not interfere.
8. TERMINATION
If anyone (either Vendor(s) or professional(s)) found avoiding the above T&C’s then it will be consider as illegal act of company. Hence, their id will be terminated from our website and may be any legal action would be taken by company against him/her
GroomEra has rights to close the services of any of their vendor(s) if found in any suspicious activity or illegal work or avoiding the rules and regulations of the company.
